With its copious amounts of training material, even the most novice person can get a nice looking and search engine optimized website up in a few days. For only about $30 per month, you can have a web-based appointment scheduling system for your clinic. If you have associate doctors and massage therapists, their schedules can be included. You can even use it for multiple offices, with a few tricks. The system texts and emails you whenever an appointment is made. Make sure to check out the GenBook tutorial videos on the home page.
GetResponse Email Marketing software. This is the web-based email marketing software I personally use and recommend. If you aren’t using email marketing in your business, you are leaving a lot on the table. GetResponse can capture emails from your website visitors, and you can enter your patient’s emails manually into the system yourself (with their permission). You set up campaigns, which are a series of pre-made
(by you), pre-loaded email messages (text or nice graphics) that go out in intervals you specify; for example, every two weeks. For example, you can make 24 messages set to go out every two weeks to your list and have your marketing covered for an entire year. Say what you want in your email messages– chiropractic info, seasonal promotions, coupon notices, referral contests– anything you can think of to grow your practice. Best of all, it’s cheap, considering what it can do. Want to put a mini-commercial on your website’s home page that showcases your nice, busy office, your friendly staff, and you in action doing adjustments? What about video testimonials of patients who absolutely rave about your
skills? Think that will cause first-time visitors to your site to call your office and make an appointment? You bet! Nothing sells like video. The secret is that it converts your big video file into a much smaller flash format in just a click of the mouse. You then take the code it generates and copy and paste on your site, then upload your site to your server. So simple an 8 year old can do it.
